Snow at Lake Mountain Alpine Resort Australia, the first of the marathon races this weekend we are all hoping for good snow and nice weather for the 42 km skate race.
With a few international races from Switzerland and Canada taking part plus the Australian National Cross Country Team, we should be in for a great weekend of racing on Saturday. Then on Sunday head out to the alpine slopes for a days tele skiing.

Two weeks of good cross-country skiing, then came the rain, back to not much snow and poor skiing, more snow on the way over the next week or so.

Back at Lake Mountain Alpine Resort, we have had a little snow, but over the past few days just rain and more rain. Time to get back onto the roller skis.

This is a very good up to date training DVD, with roller skiing, strength training and on snow work. If you are looking for a trick or tip to correct some part of your skiing, then is is a good starting point.
